With our state-of-the-art individual quick freezing (IQF) and pre-cooling devices, we freeze our products quickly, eliminating the risk of microbiological deterioration and preserving their taste as close to fresh as possible.
We harvest live mussels weekly for 12 months of the year. We deliver them safely from the farm to the kitchen under hygienic processing and shipping conditions. You can keep it alive for 6 days in the cold chain between +4° / +6°.
We sort the meat of our mussels one by one, carefully, by hand in sterile environments. Then we deliver it to you in purified sea water.
