Within the scope of 2024, Turkey's first and only integrated medium production facility, with a 1,500m2 closed area on 5,000m2 land, was established in accordance with local legislation and the EU calendar. Our facility has been inspected by the Ministry and CarrefourSA within the framework of international processes and has passed successfully. We aim to start exporting in 2025 and plan to obtain a GFSI Approved food quality assurance standard certificate in the same year.
Today, we sell stored stuffed mussels in approximately 600 stores with the stored project in cooperation with CarrefourSA, one of Turkey's leading retail chains.
An investment of over 20 million dollars was made in the region with the annual production of 3,000 tons of live mussels in our 3 mussel farms and the annual 1,000 tons of stuffed mussels processing facility. With our policy that clarifies women's employment, we continue to invest and employ, reaching 50 employees in total.
